What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The current delivery charge is £6.35 including VAT to addresses in Britain. For customers in the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, no VAT is applied and the shipping cost is a flat rate of £5.29.

Shipping to Northern Ireland is £8.92 and shipping to the Republic of Ireland is £14.22. We use a courier to send most orders, however, some remote areas are sent by ‘to sign for’ post.

Please be aware that as we have left the European Union there will be additional customs charges to pay on receipt of your order if situated in the Republic of Ireland. The courier should provide a breakdown of charges on an invoice/receipt. This will be emailed or posted to you by the courier.

Customers can request their order to be sent by post rather than courier if that is their preference. Please use the special request box on the check out details page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most debit or credit cards on the website, which are processed via Stripe.

You can also pay by Paypal if you prefer.

How long will delivery take?

In most cases your order is delivered the next day however, some remote areas can take longer. Orders destined for Ireland or the Channel Islands can take a week.

At the present time with COVID restrictions we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is only used to process and deliver your order. We do not use your contact details for marketing purposes. Payments go through Stripe or Paypal and we do not have access to your card details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our website emails us your order, we process and pack it. All orders received are sent out the same day if received before 3pm on a weekday.

Orders received over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the Monday or next working day.

If your parcel is being sent by courier, the courier will send you an email to say it’s on its way when it is picked up from our office. You may also be sent updates if there is a delay concerning your delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we enclose an invoice with your order.
