Delivery Information

You will be sent an email from UPS with tracking information*. If you are not going to be in at the delivery address you will be able to redirect to a local collection point of your choice as detailed in their email. Someone will need to sign for the parcel. UPS have organised collection points to make it easier to obtain your delivery if you won’t be at your delivery address-these are often late opening local stores near your postcode. Please note that they will only deliver Monday to Friday . If the order is received on our website before 3pm on a working day (Monday-Friday) your order will be sent that day and delivered the next working day by UPS. If you order over the weekend it will be sent out on the Monday.

*This service is not available to customers who have requested delivery to remote areas of the UK, who will receive their order via Royal Mail signed for delivery.

Remote Areas
Delivery to any of the postcodes below or the Channel Islands, will be sent by Royal Mail to sign for post on the day we receive the order(Monday-Friday) if the order is received before 3pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday. This is usually a next day service but is not guaranteed by the Royal Mail and may arrive on a Saturday. The Republic of Ireland ,Channel Islands, or Isle of Man destinations may take longer than this.
